Our Founders’ Story
Youth Athletics Academy (YAA) was founded in Atlanta, GA by Brittany and Delton Baker. With backgrounds in multi-sport youth coaching, human resources, restaurant, and transportation management, and we have the necessary skills and share a passion for helping kids reach their full potential.

To empower youth through athletics, education, and community engagement—developing well-rounded individuals who excel both on and off the field.

What is YAA?
Youth Athletics Academy (YAA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the physical, mental, and emotional development of youth ages 4–17 through comprehensive athletic training, academic support, and holistic community services. Located in a multi-purpose facility, YAA offers practice spaces, training rooms, scrimmage fields, summer camps, tutoring, wellness services, and more. With deep roots in coaching, human development, and community engagement, YAA is committed to nurturing the next generation of athletes, scholars, and leaders.
